Hi, my name is Maria Grazia and I'm an Italian ph.D student of 24 year old.
In the spring semester I'll be at Berkeley as visiting scholar for at least a year.
What I'm looking for is a nice and clean single room to rent which isn't more than a 15 minutes walk from the campus.
I can pay max. $ 700 - 800 per month and all utilities and internet should be included in the rent.
The room should be furnished, but what I need most is a bed, a closet and a desk.
I am a responsible, organized and completely reliable with rent since I have support from my Italian University.
I'm a very friendly and easygoing person, I'm very excited for this new experience and I hope to meet lots of new friends. For this I'd like to live with other American or international students.
I love travelling very much and I hope having time to visit some American cities with the right company!
