Private Room+Bathroom Available for Female International Student Hi! My name is Chelsea, and I'm a fourth year linguistics student at UCSD. My roommate is studying abroad in Italy next semester (January to June 15th). I studied abroad in Bordeaux, France for a year and would love to have an international student to take her place. I'd like to be able to share my culture with someone the way the locals in France did for me. The large room is fully furnished (double bed, desk, chair, dresser, nightstand), has its own bathroom and closet with mirrored doors. There is a washer/drier and dishwasher in the apartment. The room itself has 2 windows and the apartment (which is on the 2nd floor) has a balcony. The rent ($780 per month) includes access to 3 pools, 2 hot-tubs, a full-size gym, and a clubhouse with games and study rooms. There is also a private movie theater. The apartment is walking distance to a large mall, many restaurants, and a bus stop. It's a few minutes drive to UCSD, and if you have a car there is a reserved spot in a gated parking garage. I am pretty outgoing, tidy, and a respectful roommate. I don't smoke and would like to live with a non-smoker. I speak French and am studying Italian and German, and have studied some Spanish in the past.
