I am trying to find someone to sublease my apartment as soon as possible. November rent is already paid for, and the lease runs from December to the end of August.

The apartment is fully furnished, and all utilities are included in the rent (electric, trash,water, cable). For more info/pictures of the property please email me back at bbast001@ucr.edu. The rent is 720/month and this includes a parking space as well.
